You will lead performance management, policy development, and governance, analyzing trends and presenting executive-ready insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in strategy, performance management, policy, operations, or related roles.
• Experience translating data into executive-ready insights.
• Ability to develop and apply governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Procurement's strategic initiatives with metrics and insights.
• Lead KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and govern policies and operating guidelines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment and practicality.
• Analyze performance trends, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support governance forums with materials and progress reporting.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve transparency.
