Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Manager, Global Process Leader in New Jersey to own and optimize global procurement processes and systems. You will partner across IT, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to implement standardized, scalable solutions.

You'll drive process improvements, manage procurement platforms, and enable adoption while contributing to transformation programs in a regulated, global environment. Travel up to 15–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IS, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Process Owners in the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end procurement processes.
• Manage day-to-day activities related to procurement systems and enabling technologies, including enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Support the deployment, adoption, and optimization of enterprise procurement platforms (e.g., CLM, pricing, analytics).
• Partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system and process solutions.
• Define and track process performance metrics, system adoption, and value realization.
• Support process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives aligned to global procurement strategy.
• Contribute to change management, training, and communication efforts to drive user adoption and compliance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners to support delivery, performance, and cost management.
