Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in strategy, performance management, policy, operations, or related business roles.
• Experience developing and tracking performance metrics and translating data into executive-ready insights.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and apply policies, standards, or governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present to leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced analytics for spend/supplier performance.
• Familiarity with digital and AI procurement tools.
• Strong change management and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Define performance metrics and translate insights for leadership decision-making.
• Lead KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and govern policies, standards, and operating guidelines.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure practical policies.
• Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare materials for enterprise governance forums and monitor adherence to strategies.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
