Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT vendor management or related fields.
• Experience with governance, SLAs, KPIs, and executive reviews.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, managed services, and IT sourcing.
• Proven ability to influence across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic vendor management approach across Technology Services with governance, processes, and reporting.
• Establish and manage strategic vendor relationships aligned with business priorities, technology strategy, and financial objectives.
• Lead end-to-end governance of strategic technology vendors across selection, onboarding, performance, renewals, transformations, and exits.
• Drive collaboration with key technology partners to identify opportunities that improve services and outcomes.
• Establish and lead vendor governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviews with SLAs, KPIs, scorecards and financial measures.
• Partner with IT service owners, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, to develop vendor strategies.
• Provide leadership for strategic vendor and contract decisions, including sourcing events and negotiations.
• Drive commercial value, cost optimization, and value realization across the vendor portfolio.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments and drive corrective actions.
• Establish governance for vendor risk across operational, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance risks.
• Lead executive-level vendor performance and portfolio reporting for actionable insights.
• Drive cross-vendor improvements to standardize services and improve technology outcomes.
