Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, strategy, economics, public policy, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in strategy, performance management, policy, operations, or related business roles.
• Experience developing and tracking performance metrics and translating data into executive-ready insights.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, interpret, and apply policies, standards, or governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced analytics skills; familiarity with digital and AI procurement tools.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills; ability to influence partners.

Responsibilities

• Define performance metrics and track outcomes to support leadership decision‑making.
• Lead performance management processes, KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and govern policies, standards, and operating guidelines.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance and business teams to ensure practical and aligned policies.
• Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support enterprise governance forums with materials and progress reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and improve operational effectiveness.
