• Lead KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, and reviews.
• Develop policies and guidelines aligned with strategy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.
• Analyze performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support governance forums with progress reporting and adherence.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operations.
