Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager of Strategy, Performance & Policies to support the Procurement function’s strategy execution in New Brunswick, NJ. Alternate locations include Raritan, West Chester, Palm Beach Gardens, and Raynham.

You will drive performance management, policy development, and governance, partnering with Finance, Legal, Compliance and business teams to translate priorities into measurable outcomes and standardized processes under a standalone DePuy Synthes entity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, strategy, economics or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive strategy, performance management, policy, or related experience.
• Experience developing performance metrics and executive-ready insights.
• Ability to develop and apply governance frameworks and policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership materials.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Define performance metrics and track outcomes for leadership decision‑making.
• Lead KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Develop and govern policies, standards, and operating guidelines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams on policy alignment.
• Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare materials for enterprise governance forums and monitor strategy adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and increase transparency.
