Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit is recruiting for a Manager, Strategy, Performance & Policies. This role will be based in New Brunswick, NJ, with alternate locations including Raritan, West Chester, Palm Beach Gardens, and Raynham.

You will drive procurement strategy execution, performance management, policy development, and governance across the function, partnering with leadership to translate priorities into measurable outcomes and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in strategy, performance management, policy, operations, or related roles.
• Experience developing and tracking performance metrics and translating data into executive-ready insights.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, interpret, and apply policies, standards, or governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with experience synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define performance metrics and track outcomes for leadership.
• Lead KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, and reviews.
• Develop and govern policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance to align policies and frameworks.
• Analyze trends, identify risks, and provide recommendations.
• Support governance forums with reporting and progress.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
