Job summary

DoorDash is hiring an Associate, Strategy & Operations for the Dasher Financial team. This role focuses on building the operations of a bank program at scale and improving financial health for Dashers.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners to turn problems into plans and drive outcomes. The role emphasizes owning end‑to‑end processes, monitoring, and vendor management in a fast‑growing fintech context.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in high-growth teams.
• Data-driven decision making with SQL and Excel modeling.
• Curious, driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the Crimson banking program end to end — the metrics, the operating model, and the cross‑functional partners who make it work.
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into structured plans, and drive them through Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners.
• Build the monitoring and mechanisms that catch problems before users report them, rather than after.
• Manage external vendors and partners: hold them to their SLAs, elevate when they miss, and negotiate what we need.
