Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge Humana Government Business and HR, ensuring compliance with government contracts. You will craft staffing models, support audits, and maintain the HGB Position Tracking System. You will also liaise with the contingent labor vendor and prepare labor cost proposals.

Required are U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, 3 years HR experience with compensation data, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required by DoD contract.
• Not authorized to hire in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Humana Government Business and HR to ensure contract compliance.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals for government contracts.
• Participate in government audits and manage the Position Tracking System.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist with special projects.
• Post vacancies in Workday and provide periodic reports.
