Job summary

Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to act as liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals. You will manage the Position Tracking System, coordinate with the contingent labor vendor, and handle reporting and audits.

The role requires a US citizenship due to DoD contracts, a Bachelor's degree, and 3 years of HR experience with confidential data.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to DoD contracts.
• Not authorized to hire in Puerto Rico per government contract.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure compliance with government contract requirements.
• Provide timely responses to requests for information from HR Business Partners.
• Provide guidance to Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing team on development of staffing models and cost proposals.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing and positions data.
• Produce the monthly staffing/reporting output.
• Support HGB by generating routine and ad hoc reports from Position Tracking System and Workday payroll.
• Develop/maintain relationships with contingent labor vendor.
• Advise leaders on contingent staffing needs and optimization of usage.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and processing invoices.
• Assist Procurement with contract terms and vendor evaluation for government contracting needs.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
