Job summary

Humana Government Business is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge HGB and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and managing staffing models and labor cost proposals. You will participate in agency audits and oversee the Position Tracking System and contingent labor vendor relationship, while supporting special projects and reporting needs.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in HR with compensation and confidential data, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three (3) years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure government contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HR information requests.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with the pricing team on staffing model development.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing reports.
• Support HGB by generating routine/ad hoc reports from HR systems.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs and best practices.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers and processing invoices.
• Assist procurement with contract terms for government contracting.
