• 21 years or older and capable of analyzing data.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and CRM systems.
• Strong presentation and proposal-building abilities.
• Comfort with mobile tools and digital communication.
• Ability to travel and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain credible customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover growth needs and develop growth plans for accounts.
• Create a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales.
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Pre-plan account visits with documented agendas in CRM.
• Visit accounts regularly and document outcomes in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and positioning.
• Propose solutions and close sales using consultative approaches.
• Meet internal objectives and support customer needs.
• Stay current with competitors and product positioning.
