Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit accounts, conduct consultative sales conversations, and grow revenue through trusted relationships. You will leverage data to identify growth opportunities, develop account plans, and document activities in the CRM system during regular field visits.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with SGWS technology and CRM systems to manage customer information.
• Strong presentation and proposal-building skills for customer meetings.
• Proficient with mobile devices and digital communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible customer relationships based on trust.
• Identify customer growth needs and develop business plans for accounts.
• Create a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales beyond base business.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Plan visits with clear agendas and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
