Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit customers, conduct consultative conversations, and increase revenue. You will develop growth plans for accounts, maintain CRM records, and position SGWS products effectively during client interactions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, data-driven selling, and collaboration with suppliers to achieve shared goals. A reliable vehicle and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel and drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans documented in CRM (Proof).
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Propose selling solutions to each customer using consultative selling skills.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and position SGWS products effectively.
• Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
