Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to work with the Business Class Director and HDR peers on monitoring and improving technical competencies, staff development, and execution of water resource planning projects. The role aims to promote a quality culture, support BC initiatives that drive growth and project delivery, and foster staff career progression within this technical service area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 10 years experience in related field.
Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Good leadership and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows and techniques to enhance service quality.
Engage in tactical planning, align initiatives with market drivers and client needs, and assist with recruitment of key positions.
Collaborate with HDR teams, clients and marketing staff to develop qualifications and project approaches; drive industry strategies.
