Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead in Water to monitor and improve technical competencies, staff development, and project execution aligned with federal planning standards. You will drive quality culture and market growth while mentoring staff within this technical service area.

You will collaborate with market sector directors, regional leaders and cross-functional teams to hire, train, and support career progression, shaping delivery and growth with HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required depending on the role.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with good leadership.
• Commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows and tech adoption.
• Participate in tactical planning and align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Collaborate with HDR staff across marketing, client-facing teams and pursuits.
