Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to advance water resource planning and quality culture across our teams. You will mentor staff, lead strategic initiatives with market directors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects for federal clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience.
  • Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
  • Leading or supporting standards and guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Participating in tactical planning to align HDR initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
  • Working with client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
