ChemTreat is seeking an Account Manager II to learn under an experienced manager and gain exposure to technical water treatment problem-solving and customer selling. You will be assigned accounts within a territory to retain and grow business, coordinating with ChemTreat staff and customers.

With guidance, you will develop relationships, identify customer needs, and begin to drive sales and margin growth while collaborating with technical and management teams.

Formación

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience interacting with customers at all levels of an organization; water treatment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build relationships and identify customer needs.
• Experience with creating proposals and understanding value propositions.
• Willingness to travel as needed per territory.

Responsabilidades

• With guidance, create and implement sales strategies to drive ChemTreat’s position in the territory.
• Develop key relationships with customers by identifying decision makers and researching prospects.
• Work with senior staff to increase sales and profit margin within the territory.
• Engage technical staff to develop retention and growth strategies.
• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
