Job summary

ChemTreat, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager III to shadow and learn from experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to technical water treatment problems and customer selling fundamentals.

The role assigns tasks on accounts within an existing territory to retain and grow the customer base under managerial direction. Under supervision, you will develop relationships, identify decision makers, and work with senior staff to increase sales and profit margin while aligning with ChemTreat’s value

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science; Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience interacting with customers at all levels.
• Experience in water treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative sales strategies to increase share in the territory.
• Identify key decision makers and build relationships with customers.
• Increase sales and profit margin within the territory with senior staff guidance.
• Engage technical staff to develop retention and growth strategies.
• Learn to create effective proposals and communicate ChemTreat value.
