Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking an Account Manager II to develop skills under supervision while learning water treatment sales and problem solving. The role covers assigned accounts within a territory, focusing on customer communication and collaboration with ChemTreat teams to grow retention and share.

You'll shadow a senior account manager, build relationships with customers, and gradually implement sales strategies, with opportunities for commission and a comprehensive benefits package as you gain

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer-facing experience in a technical field.
• Engineering or technical degree or equivalent.
• Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, develop and implement sales strategies to grow share in the territory.
• Build relationships with customers and identify key decision makers.
• Collaborate with senior staff to increase sales and profit margin in the territory.
• Engage technical staff to support retention and growth.
• Develop professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
