Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking an Account Manager II to partner with senior staff on customer accounts within an assigned territory, shadowing and learning technical water treatment problem-solving while helping to retain and grow existing customers.

You will help identify key decision makers, research prospects, and support the development of sales strategies to increase market share. Travel is required to cover the geography and engage customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in problem-solving and technical coordination with staff.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, create and implement sales strategies to grow share in the territory.
• Develop relationships with customers, identify decision makers, and follow up.
• Increase sales and profit margin within the assigned geography.
• Engage technical staff to support retention and growth strategies.
• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
