Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking an Account Manager II to work under supervision of an experienced account manager and learn essential water treatment problem-solving and customer selling skills.

You will be assigned specific tasks on accounts within an existing territory to retain, under guidance from a manager, and to communicate with customers as well as ChemTreat account managers and other company representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or technical field required.
• 2–4 years of relevant customer-facing experience.
• Experience in water treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales strategies to grow share in the assigned geography.
• Develop key customer relationships and identify decision makers to understand needs.
• Increase sales and profit margin within the territory.
• Engage technical staff and management to develop retention and growth strategies.
• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
