ChemTreat is seeking an Account Manager II for a developmental role in which you will shadow an experienced manager to learn water-treatment solutions and customer selling fundamentals. You will be assigned accounts in a defined territory and work under supervision to retain and grow these relationships.

You will begin to identify decision makers, develop strategic questions, and collaborate with senior staff to increase sales margins while delivering value to customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or technical field required.
• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in water treatment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow and learn from an experienced account manager while handling assigned accounts.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow share within geography.
• Identify key decision makers, qualify prospects, and advance opportunities with guidance.
• Engage with technical and management staff to support retention and growth.
• Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
