Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking an Account Manager II to work under supervision and learn technical water treatment problem-solving with a senior account manager. You will shadow, identify key decision makers, and help drive sales strategies within an assigned territory.

You will build relationships, draft effective proposals, and communicate our value proposition while learning retention and growth strategies across customer accounts. This role includes travel dependent on territory size.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science; 2–4 years of experience interacting with customers at all levels of an organization.
• Experience in water treatment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and identify key decision makers.
• Assist senior staff to drive territory sales and strategic questioning.
• Create proposals and communicate ChemTreat value proposition to customers.
• Collaborate with account managers to increase sales and profit margin.
