Job summary
Veolia Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager in CSM to serve as a trusted technical advisor across industries, developing deep customer relationships while delivering advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions.
You will analyze programs, deliver technical service reports, and drive value through service plans, growth initiatives, and sustainability projects, with travel as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8+ years in water treatment.
- Chemical water and process treatment experience.
- 4+ years of technical sales with account management and revenue growth.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Technical Innovation: design and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, and process applications.
- Strategic Communication: perform sample testing and deliver technical service reports.
- Value Creation: execute Account Management Excellence and business reviews.
- Sustainability Leadership: drive water and energy sustainability projects.
- Revenue Growth: meet revenue targets while managing margins and negotiations.
- Business Development: maintain a healthy funnel and secure new opportunities.
- Safety Excellence: follow all EHS policies and procedures.
