Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Account Manager to support the Kansas City South territory, selling ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses to established customers and identifying new prospects.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B or medical sales, a valid US driver’s license, willingness to travel, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Base in KC area with occasional overnight travel; join a leading healthcare innovator focused on vision care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years B2B and/or medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to travel, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Residence in or near the geography.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, sit up to 2 hours, climb stairs, and travel by car/plane.

Responsabilités

• Represent the organization by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects to sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses.
• Apply broad knowledge of products, services and campaigns to close sales and maintain customer relations.
• Uncover customer priorities and needs to secure orders and commitments.
• Learn products, services and policies through training and field experience.
• Articulate added value and maintain records of activities and pricing trends.
• Position products strategically to meet customer needs with a clinical/financial value message.
• Execute pre-call plans and utilize resources to change customer behavior.
