The position emphasizes relationship-building with eye care professionals, understanding customer priorities, and achieving sales targets within a defined territory. Travel within the region is required, and compensation includes commission-based incentives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of B2B and/or medical sales experience or equivalent experience.
• US driver’s license and ability to travel as needed (overnight/weekends).
• Residence in or near the geography (Charlotte, NC area).

Responsabilités

• Represent the organization with established customers and develop new prospects to sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses.
• Apply knowledge of products and campaigns to close sales and maintain customer relations.
• Uncover customer priorities, buying motives, end-user needs, and business operations to secure orders.
• Learn products, services, and policies through training and field experience with senior reps.
• Demonstrate ability to articulate value, manage inventory, monitor supply and price trends, and maintain records.
