Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Territory Account Manager for the San Jose, CA territory to promote ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses. You will interact with customers, develop new prospects, and apply product knowledge to close sales and maintain relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of B2B or medical sales, with travel and a US driver's license. A competitive base salary is offered with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years B2B and/or medical sales experience or equivalent experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; sales acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the organization with established customers and develop new prospects to sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses.
• Close sales and maintain relations using knowledge of products, services, and campaigns.
• Understand customer priorities, buying motives, and business operations to secure orders.
• Learn products, services, and policies through training, manuals, and field mentoring.
• Articulate added value, assist in inventory and lens control, and report activity.
• Position products to meet customer and patient needs with tailored clinical and financial messaging.
• Complete and execute pre-call plans for all accounts.
