Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Account Manager to support the Kansas City South territory, focusing on ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses with healthcare professionals and retailers.

The role requires B2B/medical sales experience, willingness to travel, and strong communication for building lasting customer relationships. You will learn products, engage in training, and deliver value-driven solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of B2B and/or medical sales experience or SLDP.
• A valid driver’s license (US).
• Ability to travel as needed, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Excellent interpersonal, competitive selling, business acumen and communication skills.
• Residence in or near the geography.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. periodically.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the organization by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects to sell the ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses.
• Apply knowledge of products, services and campaigns to close sales and maintain relations with identified customers.
• Uncover and understand customers’ priorities, buying motives, office processes, and business operations to gain orders.
• Learn the organization’s products and policies through training and field experience.
• Articulate value and secure orders while managing inventory, price trends, and records.
• Position products and economic solutions to meet customers’ needs with tailored messaging.
• Complete pre-call plans for all accounts to drive consistent sales behavior.
