Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Veterinary to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close multi-location accounts with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and drive expansion across locations and services.

We operate as an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups, with a $2M annual quota. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, remote in USA or Canada, and a focus on strategic, high-value sales.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers of marketing/agency services.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multi-location groups.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signing a group.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft and close the deals.
