Job summary

Covetrus in Austin, TX is seeking a Veterinary Relationship Manager to lead growth across in-clinic, technology, and specialty products within your territory. This quota-carrying role requires in-person engagement, strong relationship-building, and an ability to translate customer needs into actionable VetSuite opportunities.

You will collaborate with Veterinary Account Executives, manage SFDC data, and negotiate terms to ensure retention and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in sales or account management in veterinary or healthcare.
• Proven history of exceeding quotas and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key sales contact for retain and develop accounts to meet targets.
• Partner with Veterinary Account Executives to drive VetSuite adoption.
• Lead growth initiatives and optimize customer relationships.
• Identify VetSuite opportunities and coordinate with teams.
• Manage data in SFDC to track sales processes.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms across products.
• Attend regional meetings and travel as required.
