Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of experience in sales analysis and support.
• High School Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in sales analysis and support.
• Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or improvements.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships across organizational levels and with vendors.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: SUM, borders, charts, wrap, sorting, headers/footers.
• Willingness to travel for training, accounts meetings, and development.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and develop relationships with customers, sales teams, and vendors; lead meetings on behalf of the customer.
• Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing, and terms; present findings to procurement teams.
• Measure trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness of pricing and inventory KPIs.
• Support sales by managing contract terms, brand conversions, and tracking savings/projects; present updates.
• Review pricing for discrepancies and ensure pricing rules are approved by sales teams.
• Provide issue resolution for inventory surpluses, backorders, and invoices; coordinate with internal teams.
• Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop and maintain reporting requirements and ensure timely data.
