Medline is hiring a Prime Vendor Analyst to support customer and sales teams from a hybrid environment in Eugene and Medford, Oregon. The role focuses on analyzing trends, KPIs, pricing, and inventory to identify opportunities and drive results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of sales analytics and support experience if Bachelor’s not held.
Experience presenting to diverse audiences internal and external.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and develop relationships with customer, sales teams, and vendor community.
Lead meetings on behalf of customer, discuss products, pricing, and terms.
Measure pricing and inventory KPIs, identify trends and improvements.
Support sales by managing contract terms, brand conversions, and tracking savings/projects.
Present findings to procurement and sales teams; resolve pricing discrepancies.
