Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Atlanta seeks a Senior Director for Strategy and Execution in Value Creation within Industrials and Consumer. You will lead operational improvement initiatives across transactions, drive EBITDA upside, and coordinate post-close value capture with clients and portfolio companies.

You will manage cross-functional teams, guide due diligence, integration, and 100-day planning, and leverage EY’s AI tools to accelerate value realization across large-scale engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience in strategy and operations management consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in due diligence, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Experience with value creation engagements across Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer, or Retail.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational projects across transaction lifecycles, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Focus on EBITDA upside, operational risk, and realization of synergies post-close.
• Plan 100-day and value creation activities, plus ongoing performance improvement.
• Develop exit readiness strategies to maximize returns for buyers.
• Coordinate with PE firms, portfolio companies, and corporate sponsors to drive value.
