Job summary

EY-Parthenon, a part of EY, seeks a Director in Strategy and Execution Value Creation to lead operational focused projects through the full transaction lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive value creation through revenue and cost improvements, due diligence, carve-outs, and integration planning while mentoring junior professionals and collaborating with senior client teams across Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer, and Retail sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee EBITDA upside, operational risk, carve-outs and integration planning to enable a spun-out business to operate independently and realize synergies.
• Plan post-acquisition 100 day and value creation initiatives; drive ongoing performance improvement.
• Support exit readiness planning to maximize returns and ensure a smooth transition to the buyer.
• Coach, train, and mentor junior team members to advance their careers.
