Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director for Strategy and Execution Value Creation in the Industrials and Consumer sector in the US. You will lead cross-functional teams on value-creation programs across due diligence, carve-outs, integration planning, and post-close improvements.

You’ll drive EBITDA upside, cost and revenue optimization, and working capital initiatives while mentoring juniors and shaping engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or related field and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills, and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in operational due diligence, operational transformation, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience in value creation engagements in Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer Products, and Retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational-focused projects across the entire deal lifecycle.
• Oversee EBITDA upside analysis and operational risk in due diligence.
• Plan buy-side carve-outs, integration planning, and 100-day/value creation initiatives.
• Drive post-acquisition value creation and exit readiness.
• Coach, train, and mentor junior team members.
