Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation team helps PE firms, portfolio companies, and corporates unlock EBITDA upside through revenue growth, cost and margin improvements, and working capital optimization.

As a Senior Associate-Consultant, you will lead operational projects across the transaction lifecycle, perform due diligence, and collaborate with client teams at client sites or EY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in listed fields and 2 years related experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with data-to-insight ability.
• Experience in due diligence, value creation, performance improvement.
• Experience in integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• Experience supporting go-to-market, revenue growth, pricing, monetization initiatives.
• Understanding of financial statements and EBITDA relations.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to new challenges.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; build long-lasting relationships.
• Willing to travel and reside near client sites or EY offices.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Perform operational and commercial due diligence focusing on EBITDA upside.
• Support buy-side carve-out and integration planning.
• Contribute to post-acquisition value creation planning.
• Assist in commercial value creation initiatives across media segments.
