Neara, Dallas, TX, seeks a Customer Value Architect to drive adoption of our software platform for high-value utility customers. You will translate product capabilities into quantified ROI, enabling contract success and expanded use across accounts.

You will work closely with Sales and Deployment, including on-site engagements, to ensure outcomes align with business goals and deliver measurable value for customers in a fast-growing technology company.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy and client management.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Experience in developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks that map to client priorities.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong critical thinking capabilities, translate outcomes to technical solutions.

• Spend time on-site with customers to drive platform adoption and outcomes.
