Qualifications

• UB I: 1+ year in sales and customer service.
• UB I: 1+ year branch operations experience or teller certification within 6 months of hire.
• UB II: 2+ years of branch/bank operations experience and sales of retail financial products.
• 1+ year experience explaining credit products, accepting/closing consumer and business loan applications.
• NMLS registration is required before performing Mortgage Loan Originator duties, if applicable.
• Notary Public commission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell, service and operate in branch; manage an assigned portfolio of High Value Clients.
• Cross-sell and refer customers to specialists; meet cross-sale and referral goals.
• Open consumer and business deposits and loan products; close consumer loans and HELOCs.
• Support branch management with coaching and development activities.
• Perform risk controls and handle various transactions with accuracy.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loans, payments; balance cash daily.
• Assist in cash vault operations and replenishment of cash dispensers.
