Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience.
• 1+ year of branch operations experience or successful teller/new account certification within 6 months of hire.
• 2+ years of branch/bank operations experience and sales of retail financial products (UB II).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing an assigned portfolio of High Value Clients (HVC).
• Cross-sell other bank products and services; refer customers to specialists as appropriate.
• Open consumer and business deposit and loan products; process loan/LOC applications.
• Support branch management with coaching and development activities.
• Cross-sell and refer customers to business partners.
