You will leverage your deep treasury product knowledge to develop a localized market and product strategy while collaborating with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams. The role focuses on growth, strategic dialogues, and integrated treasury solutions, while managing risk and profitability across a client

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with a proven sales record.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client, COI, and partner relationships.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues using benchmarking, quantification, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities and engage industry specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders representing the client perspective.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of assigned relationships.
