Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Los Angeles seeks a seasoned Treasury Management Officer to drive new treasury management business and deepen relationships with Commercial Banking clients.

You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop market strategies, collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams, and lead client conversations around working capital solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external COI, and external consulting organization.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialist for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in development of complex products and solutions.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences, webinars and media platforms.
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability.
