U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Payments Consultant to lead end‑to‑end delivery of treasury and payment solutions for Dallas/Houston markets. You will develop sales strategies, manage complex portfolios, and mentor teams while driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes relationship management, analytical problem solving, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver integrated payment and treasury solutions across receivables, payables, liquidity, and merchant services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Proven enterprise sales experience in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong strategic thinking and client advisory skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive year-over-year revenue growth and expand relationships.
• Lead discovery to understand client liquidity and payment needs.
• Coordinate pricing across payment products with product/finance teams.
• Serve as strategic advisor to RMs and ensure seamless handoffs.
• Maintain executive-level client messaging and engagement.
