Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly motivated Payment Sales Consultant to drive growth and retention of Treasury Management solutions across insurance clients.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management teams, and product partners to deliver strategic payment solutions and expand client relationships. Across Payments, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card, you will lead deals from discovery to implementation, build a strong pipeline, and present sophisticated payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 10 or more years of sales experience within institutional banking, payments, treasury management, insurance banking, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Payments, Merchant Services, Commercial Card, and Treasury Management revenue within insurance industry relationships.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and line-of-business leaders to identify opportunities and deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Consult with clients on payment modernization, cash management, liquidity optimization, fraud mitigation, claims disbursements, premium collection strategies, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Present and position U.S. Bank payment solutions, including ACH, wire, commercial card, virtual card, merchant services, receivables, and payables solutions.
• Lead the sales process from discovery through implementation and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across existing and prospective insurance clients.
