U.S. Bank is seeking a highly motivated Payment Sales Consultant to drive growth of Treasury Management solutions across an insurance-focused portfolio. You will partner with Relationship Managers and product teams to deliver strategic payment solutions and win new business.

Location is flexible within key FIG markets; travel is required for client meetings and industry events. You will build relationships with senior executives and lead the sales process from discovery to implementation.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of sales experience within institutional banking or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of payments, treasury management, and insurance banking is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Payments, Merchant Services, Commercial Card, and Treasury Management revenue within insurance relationships.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and deliver client solutions.
• Consult with clients on payment modernization, liquidity optimization, and efficiency initiatives.
• Present and position payment solutions including ACH, wire, commercial card, virtual card, and merchant services.
• Lead the sales process from discovery through implementation and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across insurance clients.
• Conduct executive-level client presentations and strategic business reviews.
