Job summary

HDR, Inc.·Transportation Business Group seeks an experienced leader for Alternative Delivery projects. You will direct pursuit and delivery of large civil infrastructure initiatives, driving approvals, negotiating contract terms with legal and risk teams, and coordinating with regional leads to optimize HDR’s AD programs.

You will mentor staff, maintain client relationships, and travel up to 50% to support project delivery across HDR’s national footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional Engineering registration preferred or required for leadership roles.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field with large transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director for pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive project approvals in accordance with HDR policy and authority matrices.
• Coordinate with HDR Legal and Risk Committee for contract terms on AD projects.
• Lead collaboration across Transportation Business Group and Regions.
• Travel up to 50% of time and mentor diverse teams.
