Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage Alternative Delivery programs within the Transportation Business Group. You will drive complex, large-scale projects, coordinate across HDR teams, and influence contract terms with clients and partners.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in professional engineering, PE registration, and a proven track record in pursuing and delivering major transportation infrastructure programs across public agencies and private entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related field experience.
• Professional engineering registration or Architecture/Engineering registration.
• Experience leading large transportation infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director and lead pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive project approvals compliant with HDR policies and authorities.
• Coordinate with HDR Legal on contract terms for AD projects.
• Collaborate with Transportation Business Group leaders and regional leads.
• Negotiate teaming agreements and subcontracts with engineering and construction entities.
• Engage with industry organizations to elevate HDR visibility.
