J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive to contact prospective customers with high transportation spend and lead strategic account opportunities. You will meet executives to discuss services such as DCS, FMS, and LTL, owning the account strategy from opportunity to win.

The role emphasizes prospecting, visiting client sites, coordinating with internal teams, and building long-term relationships to grow revenue and market share.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or 5+ years experience in sales, marketing, or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct lead generation activities for new and incremental business, including cold calling and networking.
• Visit prospective and existing customers at their corporate headquarters or other sites as needed; travel to customer sites.
• Monitor account health including KPI reviews, revenue quality, and additional opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the customer to implement the solution and participate in kick-offs.
• Meet with customers to discuss opportunities, understand needs, submit proposals, finalize contracts and win business.
