J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager - DCS to aggressively market the brand and develop new accounts across the United States.

The role requires travel to customer sites and coordination with internal teams to implement solutions and secure contracts. The candidate will engage in lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with clients while tracking KPIs and ensuring profitable account management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 3-4 years of related sales or customer service experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, and/or related field with 1-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation activities for new and incremental business, including cold calling and networking.
• Visit prospective and existing customers at their locations; travel to customer sites as needed.
• Monitor account health, review KPIs, and ensure adherence to contracts and terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to implement solutions and participate in kick-offs.
• Meet with customers to discuss opportunities, submit proposals, finalize contracts and win business.
